What is your shipping policy?

Orders would be processed within 48 hours, and would be shipped and delivered by postal service, taking 7 to 25 business days.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Good News! Our fulfillment center is located outside USA, so you will not be charged sales tax.
Why is my order delivered in different packages?

Our products are purchased directly from qualified factories. In order to guarantee the best price, some items are shipped directly from the factories.

What methods of payment are accepted?

What's your return & refund policy?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction.

We don't accept returns. If situations below happened, please contact us to get the best solution within 7 days against receipt.

  • If items received are not as described or damaged during the shipment, please offer us detailed photos, and we would send you replacement items or refund you.
  • If your parcel or any item was missing during the shipment, we would send you replacement items or refund you.
  • If you don’t want the items simply due to personal reasons, you could return the goods and get refunded, or contact us for other solutions.
  • If you want to cancel your order, please notice that ONLY before your order shipped out can you cancel it. Once order shipped out, it cannot be canceled.
